Our rugby teams enjoyed some hard- fought and fiercely contested fixtures last Saturday against King’s School Macclesfield with honours even overall. The Under-13 teams split their results with the A team victorious by 6 tries to nil and the Under-13 As enjoyed a 4-2 victory. Pride of place goes to the 2nd XV who roared back from a 10-0 half-time deficit to win 18-10 with tries from Finn McDonnell and Clancey Bryant and 8 points from the boot of Harry Batch. This was undoubtedly their best performance of a successful season. We hope to take this form into the Test Math against Kirkham GS this weekend!
