Dear parents and Carers,

I hope that your sons enjoyed a deserved day off on today’s INSET Day. It is back to normal routine next week, the final one before half-term.
Year 10 Exams begin on Monday and run until next Friday. Your sons ought to be revising seriously for the next week. Year 11 will have a taste of 6th Form life on Monday in their Taster Day when they will sample post-16 lessons. Year 11 also have Mock Speaking Tests in German and Spanish which will be incorporated into their March Mock Exam grades. Year 9 boys and parents are reminded to return their GCSE Options Form to Mr. Rumsby by next Thursday. No-one has ever missed his deadline!
We play our final block rugby fixture of the season against Bolton School tomorrow. These are always keenly-contested matches which we intend to win! The senior Rugby squad will hopefully depart in triumph on Thursday for their end-of-season tour to Barcelona.
