Give us a better understanding,

Help us to remember what we learn,

Grant us exactness, expressiveness and eloquence.

Point out the beginning, direct the progress, and help in the completion.

Are milestones in a greater, longer journey,

Help us grow closer to You through our learning,

And use our studies for a greater good.

Lord,

We can often feel like we are being weighed

And assigned value by others.

Help us so, in our coming exams,

And the best of the teaching we’ve received.
