Dear parents/carers,
Habemus Papam! May God bless Pope Leo XIV with wisdom, peace, and strength as he leads the Church. We pray for a papacy filled with love, compassion, and guidance for the world.
This week we celebrated the Feast Day of Blessed Edmund Rice whose eight key essentials underpin our mission and distinct Catholic ethos. Beatified in 1996, Edmund is celebrated as a model of lay apostolic life, whose commitment to education and social justice continues through the Christian Brothers’ global schools today. His legacy challenges educators and students in his tradition to see education as a path to transformation, grounded in faith, hope, and compassion.
In addition, this week I am delighted to formally congratulate our newly elected senior and executive prefect team. Being chosen from such a strong field of over 30 applicants is a remarkable accomplishment. I have every confidence that they will lead and inspire others, serving as excellent role models for others to follow. Congratulations to:

- Head Boy – Regan O Brien
- Deputy Head Boys – Abyan Mohamed & Isaac Waldron
- Assistant Head Boys – Sean Delaney & Javier Slater
