Good afternoon,

Thank you once again for your support in what was a very difficult week last week.  As promised a team of staff have been on site today clearing the compacted ice and we will be open tomorrow.

However,  there will be some adaptations to our usual policies and procedures.  Please relay this message to your son this evening.  Messages will also be posted on TEAMs:

• The lower yard is still unsafe and will therefore be out of use for all KS3 students.
• In the event of a fire alarm, KS3 students will assemble on the ‘Back Patch’.
• KS3 students will be directed to the upper yard at break and lunchtime tomorrow.  The Form Food Pod will be closed.
• There will no football at lunchtime.  Students must not run on the yards or around the site.
• Unfortunately the pavements on the local roads are still quite icy, therefore, for tomorrow only students may wear shoes/trainers with additional grip if they prefer.
