Our rugby teams continued their impressive season with a clean sweep of victories against respected opponents Altrincham Grammar School.
The 1st XV returned to winning ways after the disappointment of their narrow defeat to King’s Macclesfield in the Cheshire Cup semi final with a 51-7 victory. The 2nd XV maintained their 100% winning run with 10 tries in a 62-28 victory and the undefeated Under-13s won again by 55 points to 5. There were also comfortable victories for the Under-15, 14 and 12 teams.
On Saturday we lock horns once again with Merchant Taylor’s Crosby in the real Merseyside derby.
