Some of our Year 7 classes have spent time in the chapel during their RE lessons as part of our Lenten preparation for Easter.

We reflected on the stations of the cross and tried to imagine what Jesus, his friends, and his Mother Mary, must have felt like during his journey to the cross. We also focussed on why this is such an important part of the Christian faith in salvation and central to our Catholic community.

The boys’ attitude and conduct were exemplary and for many of them, due to covid restrictions, it was the first time they had been to Outwood or the Chapel.
