Dear Parents/Carers,
Year 11 have successfully completed their first week of Mock Exams, with the final assessments scheduled for Monday. Their exemplary attitude and behaviour have been commendable. I look forward to reviewing their results, which will be shared with you in due course in a written report.
This week’s assemblies focused on the significance of the feast of the Epiphany and the theme of new beginnings. KS3 reflected on how we must diligently seek out the manifestation of God and respond to it in the same ways that the Magi responded with determination and courage.
FOSA had their first meeting of the year, they have a calendar of new and exciting events planned, so watch this space! Sixth Form students Finnan and Jack are heading to Geneva today for the annual Edmund Rice Youth Ambassadors’ visit to the United Nations. This invaluable opportunity will allow them to collaborate with the Edmund Rice International Brothers and gain insight into the workings of the UN. We look forward to hearing about their experiences on their return.
